2. What Will Be Permanently Removed
Upon verified confirmation, we execute a comprehensive purge of:
- Account Profile: All login credentials and personal identifiers.
- Contact Information: Your email, physical address, and associated communications.
- Learning History: Your course progress, module scores, and completion metrics.
- Preferences: All custom notification settings and interface configurations.
3. Data Retained for Legal Compliance
While we delete your profile, international law dictates that specific financial records must be securely retained. This includes:
- Transaction Records: Retained for a mandatory period (up to 7 years) to satisfy global tax and financial regulations.
- Security Logs: Encrypted data points retained exclusively to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent activity.

4. Expected Processing Time
